There will be a section of the free communications during the symposium and six best abstracts will be selected. The manuscript (max. 250 words) written in English should be sent to the address: hana.hettychova@fnol.cz (and a copy also to phlustik@upol.cz) no later than 31. 10. 2016. Mail please mark “Parkinson2016“.

REGISTRATION:
All persons interested in participation must be registered via an on-line registration form (www.parkinson2016.upol.cz) or you can fill the enclosed form and send to the Conference Centre no later than November 10, 2016.
REGISTRATION FEE:
Registration fee is includes 21% value-added tax:
Payment before October 31, 2016 - 1000 CZK
Payment after October 31, 2016 - 1500 CZK
Registration fee will be paid via bank transfer and includes organizing costs, refreshment, lunch, welcome reception, one printed copy of the conference proceedings and expenses on associated program running within the conference.
Payment should be made by 20 November 2016; after this date please make the payment of the conference fee in cash (we accept only Czech Crowns) at the registration desk.

Please note, that the reservation at Hotel Alley is only preliminary and deadline for reservation is October 31, 2016, if you contact hotel Alley, it is necessary to mention that you are participant of the Parkinson 2016.
Conference Centre arranges accommodation for invited guests, board members and representatives of the companies.
SOCIAL PROGRAMME
Dinner will be given on December 8, 2016 – Restaurant Podkova, Koželužská 31, Olomouc (close to the meeting venue).
Lunch is on December 9, 2016 at the conference venue.
Cancellation and Refund of Registration Fees:
In case of cancellation, please contact the Conference Centre, Palacký University, Olomouc. The cancellation deadline for full registration fee refund is 15 November 2016 Refunds will not be considered for requests received after this deadline date. All approved refunds will be issued after the Conference.
